People with international experience, by essence of having cross cultural travelled, have developed cross cultural skills. The fact that you have been abroad and were able to adjust to the new culture should demonstrate to organizations that you will be able to properly adjust to another cross cultural assignment. Given the global market and multicultural composition of the business community, it is hard to imagine an environment where cross-cultural compentency wouldn’t be useful!
