NOT so long ago, there was a statute passed in Spain that doesn’t allow anyone in the country to sell real estate unless it is arranged by licensed brokers. That is the beginning of the thriving business of Spanish real estate brokerage. It is a booming business that no company, online or otherwise, has declared bankruptcy. This is indeed a testament that lots of tourists from northern Europe move to Spain, marry and settle down. Spain will in short, become a mixed culture of European races.
